NSEFU
- Bush camp
- South Luangwa National Park
- First game camp in Zambia
- Superb Luangwa River views
Nsefu Camp lies in the heart of the undeveloped Nsefu sector of the South Luangwa National Park, offering charm and comfort in remote seclusion. Nsefu was the first game camp in Zambia and dates back to the early fifties.
The view of the Luangwa River from Nsefu Camp is superb and includes a terraced area where game often grazes during the day. The bar and communal lounge area overlooks a waterhole which attracts a range of African wildlife – for guests fortunate enough, leopard are often spotted at night. The original rondavels have been extended and feature en suite bathrooms. Each room has a clear view of the river through large windows and from the wooden verandas. The dining area is a large thatched shelter at the downstream end of camp, offering a spectacular view of the river.
