Campi Ya Kanzi is a community project established with the local Maasai on their Group Ranch of 400 square miles. The camp focuses on respecting the principles of ecotourism and ensures that the guest’s experience, with the camp, is benefiting the local Maasai community, who own the establishment. The camp is centred around Tembo (elephant) House, which offers a beautiful dining area and sitting room, with a large veranda which opens up to spectacular vistas. Mealtimes are a delectable affair, as a variety of Italian influenced menus, accompanied by a fine South African or Italian wine, are served in a candlelit setting. Six luxury cottages and two superlative suites are furnished in the finest African décor and feature beautiful ensuite bathrooms. Each cottage and suite has its own veranda. Guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to the variety of activities at Campi Ya Kanzi.
