Extending an era of luxury and quality, Cottar's Safari Service returns to the original spirit and essence of ‘safari’, reminiscent of a golden era – an era of romance, professionalguiding, adventure and elegance. The camp is situated in theMasai Mara, bordering the Serengeti and Loliondo reserves, in an untouched 250,000 acre exclusive concession providing the client guaranteed privacy and an abundance of wildlife.
The camp accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 authentic, spacious white canvas tents (7 doubles and 1 honeymoon/family suite). Each tent has a canopied verandah and is luxuriously furnished with safari antiques from the 1920’s; and has private en suite dressing rooms/bathrooms with canvas baths, bucket showers and flush toilets. The camp is equipped with a tented library/reading room and the cuisine and silver service is of the highest standard to be found in the bush. Each tent has its own private butler.
Cottar's Classic Safari Camp is the Cottar's family’s original luxury mobile camp. Located in the same part of the Masai Mara as Cottar's and consisting of 5 stylishly furnished tents; activities here include day & night game drives, guided bush walks, river or pool swimming, fishing, bush meals, sundowners and professional massage.
