ABOUT TANZANIA
Scheduled Flights: The gateways to Tanzania are Dar es Salaam, and Nairobi in Kenya. (Limited international scheduled flights also fly directly to Kilimanjaro.) Daily scheduled domestic flights combine these gateways with the wildlife areas of Tanzania
Charter Flights: As this is the most popular way of covering the vast distances, there are very good internal scheduled (charter) flights between all major destinations, including connections to Nairobi. Such charters are also available on a private basis
Self-drive: Road conditions are very variable, there are long distances to be covered, and 4x4 transport is required for most areas. We do not recommend this method of travel in Tanzania
Guided Safaris: We use preferred partners, who can tailormake itineraries throughout the country
