CAPE & GARDEN ROUTE GOLF

As conducted from Cape Town International Airport to George Airport.

Day 01-04:  Cape Town       
You will be welcomed at Cape Town International Airport by a CC Africa Representative and transferred to the hotel or guesthouse of your choice. Our Representative will guide you through your golfing adventure day by day, covering maps, suggested sightseeing and useful travel information. Your rental car will be delivered to your hotel on the second day.

In your package we have included a one-day Cape Town Pass. This entitles you to free entry to more than 50 unique attractions and activities, and also offers you specials and discounts to the best that Cape Town has to offer.  You can hop on the Cape Town Explorer topless bus, visit the Two Oceans Aquarium, go on a cruise with the Waterfront Boat Company, visit the Castle of Good Hope and more - all of these in one day, and at your own leisure.

Spend four nights at your choice of the following hotels or guesthouses:
Acorn House (V), in a standard room.  Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis.
Or
The Steenberg Hotel (D), in a standard room.  Accommodation is on a bed & breakfast basis.

Day 05 & 06:  Hermanus
It’s a short drive along the coastal road to the world’s best land-based whale watching destination in the vicinity of Hermanus.  Spend your days enjoying the superb golfing, whale watching (seasonal) and wines from the most southerly vineyards of the Cape.

Try the unpretentious old favourite – Hermanus Golf Club – undoubtedly worth a visit.   Close by is Arabella Golf Club – part of the Western Cape Hotel & Spa establishment. Meaning “beautiful land” and aptly named, this young course is one of Peter Matkovich’s finest creations.  

Spend two nights at your choice of the following hotels or guesthouses:
Pebble Beach Guest House (V), in a standard room.  Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis.
Or
The Arabella Western Cape Hotel & Spa (D), in a deluxe room.  Accommodation is on a bed & breakfast basis.

Day 07 - 09: George
Continue along the scenic coastal route to the Garden Route hotel of your choice. Depending on your choice of hotel, play at a variety of excellent courses in the area.  

Spend three nights at your choice of the following hotels or guesthouses:
King George Hotel (V), in a standard room.  Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis.
Or
The Fancourt Hotel & Country Club Estate (D), in a standard room.  Accommodation is on a bed & breakfast basis.

Day 10:  Port Elizabeth
Drive to Port Elizabeth or Cape Town Airport to drop off your rental car, in time for your connecting flight.
