ROMANCE EAST AFRICA
Day 1: Arusha
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be met by a representative from &BEYOND, who will drive you to the Arusha Coffee Lodge.
You will spend one night in a chalet at the Lodge, which is situated on a coffee plantation and boasts spectacular views of nearby Mount Meru. Your stay is on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 2, 3 & 4: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you will be chauffeured to Arusha Airport to board a flight to Klein’s or Grumeti Airstrip. From the airstrip, it is only a 10-minute drive to the camp of your choice.
• Spend three nights in a thatched stone cottage nestled below the crest of the Kuka Hills at &BEYOND Klein’s Camp. Your stay is on a full board basis, including game drives and nature walks in the Klein’s Camp private concession, as well as concession fees. The afternoon game drives extend after sunset with the aid of a spotlight, returning to the camp after dark. Klein’s Camp community visits can be arranged at an additional cost and may be booked directly at the lodge, subject to the availability of vehicles.

• Enjoy a wild and remote experience with three nights in a flamboyant tent at &BEYOND Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp on the banks of an oxbow lake formed by the famous Grumeti River. Your stay is on a full board basis, including game drives in the Serengeti National Park and park fees.
Day 5 & 6: Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area
Enjoy an early morning game drive and breakfast before your flight to Manyara Airstrip. A vehicle from &BEYOND Ngorongoro Crater Lodge will be waiting to take you on a two-hour long game drive to the Lodge.
For the next two nights you will enjoy some of the most spectacular views on the African continent from your whimsical suite on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. Your stay is on a full board basis, including one daily game drive on the Crater floor and park fees. Additional adventures may be booked directly at the lodge, subject to extra cost and availability of vehicles. Such adventures include excursions to Olduvai Gorge and Shifting Sands, a visit to a Maasai village and walks at Empakai Crater. Massages are offered in your room for those who want to relax after a busy day’s game viewing.
Day 7, 8, 9 & 10: Mnemba Island
Enjoy an early morning breakfast before being driven to Manyara Airstrip for your flight to Arusha Airport. From Arusha Airport, you catch another flight to Zanzibar Airport, where you will be met by a representative from &BEYOND for an hour and a half drive through the lush and fascinating island of Zanzibar. This is followed by a twenty minute boat ride to Mnemba Island.
Revel in four nights in the barefoot paradise of &BEYOND Mnemba Island Lodge in a simple yet luxurious beach banda with high palm-frond roofs and large open windows. Your stay is on a full board basis, including two scuba dives per day, snorkelling, kayaking, salt water fly-fishing and windsurfing.
Day 11: Zanzibar
A short boat trip to the mainland is followed by the drive back to Zanzibar Airport.
