TSARABANJINA ISLAND

As conducted from O. R. Tambo International Airport to O.R. Tambo International Airport.

Day 01 - 02: Antananarivo, Madagascar

On arrival at O.R. Tambo International Airport you will be met by a CC Africa Representative. You will be handed your travel documents and the representative will assist you with checking-in for your flight to Antananarivo (Tana), Madagascar. On your arrival in the lively Malagasy capital you will be met and transferred to the Relais des Plateaux Hotel.

Spend one night at Relais des Plateaux Hotel. Accommodation is in a standard room. Your stay is on a bed & breakfast basis.

Day 02 - 07: Tsarabanjina, Madagascar

Today you will be transferred to the airport for you onward flight to Nosy Be. On arrival you will be met by a Tsarabanjina hotel representative who will transfer you to the town of Hellville. From here you will be transferred by speedboat to Tsarabanjina Private Island. Transfer time is approximately 1 ½ hours.

Situated in the north west of Madagascar, 40 miles away from Nosy Be, Tsarabanjina is one of the islands of the Mitsio archipelago offering luxury and service at the highest level. The island is filled with the melody of extraordinary birds, lush vegetation, turquoise seas, white beaches and unspoilt reefs. The hotel offers comfortable wooden bungalows situated on each side of the island ensuring complete privacy. The double rooms all have bathrooms with separate toilets, private verandas, hammocks, table and chairs and breathtaking sea views. A short walk to the main building and you will find an excellent restaurant offering seafood, local and cosmopolitan cuisine.  For your pre-dinner drinks, there is a choice of two bars, the upper bar next to the restaurant or the colourful bar on the ground floor with its sandy floors. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style whereas evening meals are a la Carte. For something different try a seafood platter on the beach whilst watching the sunset. There is a small boutique offering a choice of Malagasy traditional and modern handmade crafts.

Several activities are on offer such as: snorkelling (mask, fins, snorkel complimentary), water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, and hobby cats.  Volleyball and boulle every evening from 18:00 pm when it’s cooler.  Gym or aqua gym in the morning to keep you fit and stretching in the evening for relaxation. The team will accompany you for outings around the island.  For an extra fee try your hand at deep-sea fishing or scuba diving.

Spend five nights at Tsarabanjina. Accommodation is in a bungalow. Your stay is on a full board basis and includes all meals and selected activities as offered by the hotel. Honeymoon gifts include a Pareo and Soubik for the beach, one candlelit dinner on the beach with a bottle of South African wine and two massages.

Day 07 - 08: Antananarivo, Madagascar

Today you will check out of your hotel and will be transferred by speedboat back to Nosy Be Island and by road transfer to the airport for your flight to Antananarivo. On your arrival you will be met and transferred to the Relais des Plateaux Hotel.

Spend one night at Relais des Plateaux Hotel. Accommodation is in a standard room. Your stay is on a bed & breakfast basis.

Day 08:  Departure 

Today you will check out of your hotel. You will be transferred by road to the airport for your departure flight to Johannesburg, South Africa.
