• Rates are based on no single supplement at CC Africa lodges for the first two single rooms booked per reservation. Thereafter single supplement will apply. Any additional single rooms will have a 50% single supplement levied.
• Validity periods as specified.This package is valid for travel commencing on the 21/09/08, 06/10/08 or the 29/12/08 only due to the set departure dates of the Blue Train.  
• There are two options to this package. The deluxe option which is marked with an (D) or the luxury option which is marked with a (L). The costing for each option is given separately.
• Helicopter transfers (luxury option): There is a luggage restriction of 10 kg’s of small soft bags with no metal reinforcements of any kind per passenger on the helicopter transfers to and from Madikwe. Please take note that the helicopter transfer flying time quoted is an estimate only (actual flying time will be invoiced) and rates are subject to change without notice due to fuel increases.
