• At Kirkmans, Dulini & Phinda: champagne, cognacs, cellar wines, premium brand spirits, cigars, cigarettes, additional activities and government bed levy.
• Day tours, entrance fees and park fees
• Single traveller supplement
• Single room supplement applicable at CC Africa lodges, if booking more than 2 single rooms
• All scheduled domestic and International flights, visas & airport taxes
• Petrol and toll road fees, claim handling administration fee, a ZAR 1000.00 refundable deposit, additional driver charge, young driver surcharge and cross border fees if applicable, windscreen damage, tyre, rim and hubcaps damage, water & undercarriage damage, towing charges, fine handling fees, no show charges, baby seats, trailers, insurance and call charges of mobile phone.
