• Rates are based on no single supplement at CC Africa lodges for the first two single rooms booked per reservation. Thereafter single supplement will apply. Any additional single rooms will have a 50% single supplement levied.
• Validity periods as specified. Should a booking fall over two rate periods, we reserve the right to requote.

• Meet and greet at O.R Tambo International Airport.
• Personalized Travel Journal.
• Accommodation, meals and activities as specified above.
• Return scheduled charter flight from O.R Tambo International Airport to Phinda Private Game Reserve.
• Schedule Battlefields Tour, including entrance fees.
• Return private road transfer from Phinda Forest Lodge to Isibindi Zulu Lodge.
• Domestic departure tax, fuel and safety levies from airport and airstrips unless otherwise stipulated.
• Emergency medical evacuation insurance at CC Africa Lodges.

• Gratuities, porterage and all items of a personal nature.
• Any tours, activities and entrance fees not mentioned above.
• All meals and drinks not specified in the itinerary above.
• Single room supplement applicable at CC Africa Lodges if booking more than two singles.
• Visas
