Community Involvement
• This trip is focused on engaging guests with the histories of the indigenous and settling communities of South Africa. Some are historical reflections and importantly some invite guests to take part in the unique cultural energy of the world’s most exciting democracy
• Great Fish River Lodge supports the Kwandwe Angus Gillis Foundation which does fundraising, community development in two villages. They also run a Positive Health program which adds value to the Local Government clinic. Training is provided to the local communities on education and natural resources
